About Rotary Mérida

Rotary is committed to building international relationships, improving lives, and creating a better world by supporting efforts for peace and eradicating polio forever. Founded in 1926, the Mérida club is one of the oldest in the city. Through the “Learning to Live with Diabetes” program, we raise awareness and share knowledge that transforms lives. Our major art auction has contributed since 2003 to raising funds to promote a sustainable lifestyle in the region. The Rotaract exchange program fosters international cooperation and helps shape tomorrow’s leaders in a global environment.
